When you’re ready to order, we’ll need the following information:
- Age of the home
- Living square footage of the home
- If the home has an additional interior kitchen with living space or a detached living area, please see additional service pricing below
- If the home is on a slab or raised
- Presence of pool and/or spa
Additional information needed when scheduling an inspection:
- Name and phone number of the person requesting the inspection
- Email address where you would like the inspection report sent
- Address of the property to be inspected
- Name and phone number of the buyer’s Real Estate agent
- Preferred date for the inspection
- Status of water and electricity (on or off)
- Whether the property is occupied or not
