Mike & Valene are a father, daughter team that are licensed and certified inspectors at AAA Advanced Home Inspections, Inc. This is a home inspection company whose primary specialties are Home and Building Inspections, Mold, Insurance, Dock & Seawall inspections, as well as other services which follow the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) protocol.
Our firm serves Tampa Bay and surrounding counties, (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando). With over 30 years of experience the company is based on the principle that experience starts at the top for homes, condos, commercial properties along with FEMA & HUD where building inspections are vast.
Mr. Mike Myers is the President and owner of AAA Advanced Home Inspections. Mike has over 45 years of experience in the home industry. From construction and older home renovations to home inspections, his vast knowledge of proper protocols and keen eye provide his clients with a comprehensive home inspection.
Mrs. Valene Jaquez understands the importance of inspections and attention to detail from working with her father while growing up and during her military career. Valene retired from the military and she has conducted many inspections throughout her 21-year career on living quarters and equipment, as well as being a certified inspector in the Air Force! She now brings her expertise and knowledge to further contribute to the company and our clients’ needs.
